Ao integrar o time de Riscos do Santander, você atuará na área que tem a função de identificar, medir, avaliar, monitorar e controlar todos os riscos aos quais o banco está exposto. 

A gestão de Riscos caminha lado a lado com o negócio, dando insumos técnicos para a melhor tomada de decisões em operações de crédito de todos os clientes.

Temos uma vaga para você se tornar Data Scientist Expert, onde você será encarreirado como Especialista, sendo o principal conhecedor da sua área.

Aqui, seu papel será:

  • Desenhar os requisitos metodológicos e guias de melhores práticas para desenvolvimento de modelos de riscos (crédito, mercado, IFRS9) para aplicação na governança de riscos de modelos
  • Desenhar requisitos técnicos para esteiras de MLOps em riscos
  • Construir e manter ferramentas de avaliação e monitoramento da qualidade de modelos
  • Data Stewardship: monitoramento e fomento da qualidade de dados no domínio de riscos
