Los principales desafíos serán:
Probar y evaluar la calidad del Asistente Virtual de manera constante. Tu objetivo será identificar y reportar errores o problemas para que puedan ser corregidos antes del deploy, constribuyendo significativamente a los resultados de la empresa.
Obligaciones y Responsabilidades:
- Diseño de casos de pruebas eficientes focalizados en el análisis de cada requerimiento.
- Dominio de herramientas de test automatizado, como: JMeter, Selenium entre otras.
- Realizar todos los tipos de pruebas necesarias para garantizar la calidad del asistente virtual: Funcionales, de integración, de regresión, etc.
- Reportar al Project Leader y al equipo técnico de los bugs para planificar posibles soluciones.
- Garantizar la operabilidad y sustentabilidad aplicando los estándares de calidad esperada por la compañía.
- Crear informes de prueba y documentar los resultados
- Estimación de requerimientos e incidencias
Requisitos para que puedas desarrollarte en el rol:
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software.
- Experiencia de 1 año en testing de Asistentes Virtuales.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad para identificar errores y problemas
- Interés en aprender nuevas herramientas de automatización de testing.
- Habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders.
- Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
