Los principales desafíos serán:

Probar y evaluar la calidad del Asistente Virtual de manera constante. Tu objetivo será identificar y reportar errores o problemas para que puedan ser corregidos antes del deploy, constribuyendo significativamente a los resultados de la empresa.

Obligaciones y Responsabilidades:

  • Diseño de casos de pruebas eficientes focalizados en el análisis de cada requerimiento.
  • Dominio de herramientas de test automatizado, como: JMeter, Selenium entre otras.
  • Realizar todos los tipos de pruebas necesarias para garantizar la calidad del asistente virtual: Funcionales, de integración, de regresión, etc.
  • Reportar al Project Leader y al equipo técnico de los bugs para planificar posibles soluciones.
  • Garantizar la operabilidad y sustentabilidad aplicando los estándares de calidad esperada por la compañía.
  • Crear informes de prueba y documentar los resultados
  • Estimación de requerimientos e incidencias

Requisitos para que puedas desarrollarte en el rol:

  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia de 1 año en testing de Asistentes Virtuales.
  • Atención al detalle y capacidad para identificar errores y problemas
  • Interés en aprender nuevas herramientas de automatización de testing.
  • Habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders.
  • Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo.
