In this role, you will be responsible for:

- defining, together with the VP Corporate, the business strategy;

- managing and monitoring the implementation of the defined strategy;
- designing and implementing the governance and management required to monitor the implementation of the strategic plan;


- supervising the teams, which have the following responsibilities:

                - assessment models (from definition to management and monitoring);

                - regulatory issues (operational risks, compliance and UPLD, regulators and internal and external auditors);

                - budget and results management;

                - capital management and profitability;

                - Pricing model (system pilot, definition and monitoring of indicators and allocations);

                - segment: commercial actions, data, CRM, transformational projects and improvement and adaptation projects; after-sales monitoring;

                - communication: internal, in all its dimensions (engagement, communication, training, customer and internal events, etc.), and external (exposure of the segment in spontaneous and paid media).
 

Fluency in English is essential, as is a strong ability to engage “laterally”, with people and teams who are not directly under management. The position requires a lot of interaction with various business and internal areas of the bank, such as SCIB, Retail, Finance, CFO, Legal, People, Risks, Audit and T&O.

Responsável por:

- definir, juntamente com o VP Corporate, a estratégia do negócio;

- gerir e acompanhar a execução da estratégia definida;

                - desenhar e implementar a governança e gestão necessárias para o acompanhamento da execução do plano estratégico;

- supervisionar os times, que têm as seguintes responsabilidades:

                - modelos de avaliações (desde a definição até a gestão e acompanhamento);

                - temas regulatórios (riscos operacionais, compliance e UPLD, reguladores e auditores internos e externos);

                - gestão de orçamento e resultados;

                - gestão de capital e rentabilidade;

                - modelo de Pricing (piloto do sistema, definição e acompanhamento dos indicadores e alçadas);

                - segmento: ações comerciais, dados, CRM, projetos transformacionais e projetos de melhorias e adaptações; acompanhamento do pos-venda;

                - comunicação: interna, em todas suas dimensões (engajamento, comunicação, capacitação, eventos com cliente e internos, etc), e externa (exposição do segmento em mídias espontâneas e pagas).

Fundamental fluência em inglês, e forte capacidade de engajamento “lateral”, de pessoas e times que não estão diretamente sob gestão. A cadeira demanda muita interação com diversas áreas de negócio e internas do banco, como SCIB, Varejo, Finanças, CFO, Jurídico, Pessoas, Riscos, Auditoria e T&O.
