- The VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are a dynamic and innovative global eCommerce team, committed to driving growth through performance marketing and optimization strategies. We are seeking an energetic and data-oriented eCommerce Project Manager to join our Performance Marketing & Conversion team. This role will provide critical support to the Head of PM and Conversion and the team members to help drive the success of our advertising campaigns globally, with special focus on supporting our Amazon ads for the UK, Spain, and France.
Job Summary:
As the eCommerce Project Manager for Performance Marketing & Conversion, you will onboard several projects, playing a pivotal role in supporting the monitoring, reporting, and optimization of performance marketing initiatives globally. This role involves providing key insights on performance marketing activities, ensuring that best practices and successful strategies are scaled across key markets, on top of supporting the management of Amazon advertising campaigns in the UK, Spain, and France. This is a unique opportunity to tackle diverse marketing projects, as you will gain experience working alongside both the Head of Performance Marketing and Digital Shelf Management and the Regional ecommerce Media Manager. Through each, you will be exposed to strategy and ops, consulting and specialist execution - giving the selected candidate the chance to explore multiple paths simultaneously as they grow in-role.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Reporting & Analysis:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of global performance marketing dashboards, reporting on campaign budgets, effectiveness, and performance across various channels and e-retailers.
- Support global performance marketing leads in tracking, consolidating, and reporting on performance across brands and key regions to provide a global view of marketing activities.
- Analyze performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, helping optimize future campaigns and marketing strategies.
Cross collabration & Market Insights:
- Collaborate with conversion and local teams to facilitate the scaling of successful marketing strategies and initiatives across different geographies.
- Ensure consistency in performance marketing efforts by sharing key learnings, optimizing workflows, and implementing best-in-class practices across markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decisions regarding performance marketing, identifying potential areas of improvement for campaigns.
Amazon Advertising Strategy (UK, Spain, France):
- Support the development, execution, and monitoring of Amazon Ads campaigns in the UK, Spain, and France, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive ROI.
- Assist in optimizing Amazon campaigns through A/B testing, keyword research, and ongoing performance analysis.
- Track and report key metrics such as sales, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), click-through rates, and conversion rates, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience (internship or academic) in eCommerce, performance marketing, digital advertising, or project management is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data. Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and eCommerce platforms is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Experience with Amazon Ads, Amazon Seller Central, and other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects and working within cross-functional teams and international environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
