Join our Quality and Training Global Regulatory Services team as a User Role & Access Management Project Manager and play a crucial role in Sanofi’s clinical trial operations. You will be responsible to oversee and improve the process of user access management within our Clinical Services Operations. This would mean a lot of international and cross-functional collaboration and a crucial responsibility in safeguarding our critical R&D data.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in developing and implementing user access processes and best practices; manage user access demand processes, incident follow-ups and compliance procedures.
• Conduct audits, enforce adherence to quality and security standards and data privacy regulations.
• Guide the User Roles & Access Management Team in aligning stakeholder needs across R&D functions; manage various stakeholders such as R&D community, Digital Teams, CROs, contractors and Investigator sites.
• Produce regular status update reports about capacity planning and project developments.
• Provide training for specialists and end-users on access management policies and procedures.

About you
 

Experience:

• Experience in user access management, with an ability to oversee and improve processes; background in clinical studies is a strong plus.

Soft Skills:

• Able to coordinate a group of people and work cross-functionally; strong verbal and written communication; excellent problem-solving skills for evaluating proposed changes; basic project manager “mindset”, no qualifications required.

Technical skills: 

• Quickly learn new systems and tools; familiar or willing to learn about pharmaceutical processes; knowledge of Veeva Vault, RIMs, CTMS tools, iEnvision, etc. is an advantage.

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Computer Science, etc.).

Language(s):

• English, fluent and able to use in a global environment. Any additional European language is a plus.
