Our team is engaged in designing and delivering Digital Tech Services for all CHC worldwide.

We deliver our solutions in a highly competitive market answering FMCH needs and sometimes supporting highly regulated environments (GxP, SoX and other regional and local regulations).

Main responsibilities

The Test Automation Expert is a highly skilled and experienced professional, with proven expertise in test automation framework and best practices, able to lead automation in a cross-functional and cross-country environment. She/He will handle the following areas:

Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts:

  • Design, develop, and implement reliable and re-usable automated test sripts.
  • Maintain and update existing automated test scripts to ensure their effectiveness to protect the company environment during implementations and releases.
  • Ensure maximum and updated automated test coverage with a industrialized process to automate existing and new test cases.

Regulatory compliance and industry-specific requirements:

  • Ensure test automation framework follows regulatory requirements such as Software Validation, Data Integrity.
  • Ensure testing compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including Functional Risk Assessment, Traceability Matrix, and other relevant standards.

Automated Regression Testing:

  • Execute automated regression tests in order to protect system integrity.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and report defects.
  • Provide required reports on the status of automated test.

Tooling and Technology:

  • Stay updated about tools that can leverage the best practices in automated testing.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the automated testing process.

About you

Technical background required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation in complex, large-scale environments.
  • A proven experience in successfully leading E2E testing lifecycle in diverse projects, especially in multinational corporations.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Solman, HP ALM).
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, LoadRunner, etc.)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.

Soft skills required

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations for leadership, ensuring transparency and understanding of network initiatives and their impact.
  • Ability to think strategically, foreseeing potential challenges and developing proactive solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and analytical approach to overcoming obstacles and finding effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
