Your mission is to deliver best in class Research and Development Data Products leveraging Snowflake, Informatica IICS and AWS for our mRNA Researchers and Data scientists to address unmet medical needs for our patients.

You will be embedded in a fully agile team working in close relationship with Research and early development business stakeholders to deliver cutting edge products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead technical designs and integration activities, including data model design and solution delivery.

• Develop and maintain robust data engineering solutions and pipelines, optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.

• Define and promote best practices for code management, automated testing, and deployments.

• Translate high-level business requirements into technical needs, collaborating with business and product teams.

• Mentor and train junior team members, contributing to the modernization of legacy solutions and platforms.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in IICS/Informatica and strong knowledge of research data domain.

• Proficient in big data integration on cloud-based platforms like AWS and Snowflake.

• Skilled in scripting languages (Python, R, SQL, Shell scripting) and job scheduling/orchestration tools (Control-M, Airflow).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Strong communication skills, with a pragmatic approach and attention to detail.
