Engineering Manager

📬 What you'll be engaged with:

• Lead the development of engineering projects, leveraging collective expertise for high-impact outcomes.
• Balance hands-on technical work with guiding your team, fostering an environment where leadership and collaboration go hand-in-hand.
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of reference for technical matters within your Pod, offering well-reasoned insights and guidance.
• Nurture a cohesive team environment, mediating discussions to achieve consensus and resolve any disputes with thoughtful dialogue.
• Coordinate daily stand-ups and planning sessions, streamlining workflows to ensure efficient progress.

• Work in partnership with Product Managers to align engineering strategies with our vision, preparing the product backlog for smooth execution.

• Have experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript (Vue), and Python backend frameworks (Flask).
• Understand authentication protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and are skilled in Python unit testing and RESTful API development.
• Excel in guiding teams through the agile process and are comfortable with driving projects to completion on schedule.
• Lead with confidence in dynamic environments, value learning from every outcome, and foster a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere.
• Communicate with clarity and inclusiveness, ensuring productive collaboration between technical and non-technical colleagues.
