• 職務内容
  • 半導体製品の品質・性能を保証するためのテスト技術開発業務を担当します。
• 具体的には、
  • 半導体テストプログラムの開発・評価
  • テストデータ解析および不良要因の調査
  • 新製品の評価および量産導入
  • テスト時間短縮、歩留まり向上のための改善活動
  • テスト装置、プローブカード等の評価
  • 設計、製造、品質保証部門との協業による問題解決。
• テストエンジニアは、設計・開発と量産をつなぐ重要な役割を担い、生産スループット、品質の向上に貢献します。
• 生産現場に入り、半導体メモリ試験装置とウエハを使用して生産性改善、歩留まり向上、不良解析等の為の様々な実験や、一連の検証作業を含めた新規テスト・プログラムを生産工程へ導入する為の業務を担当します。

資格

• 【必須】　*理工系であれば半導体専攻でなくても歓迎します。多様なバックグラウンドを持つエンジニアが活躍しています。
