Manager, Product Development
Location: Hong Kong SAR, Hong Kong Region; Hybrid
Job description:
- Leads the design tech pack communication to vendors, technician team to start product development.
- Develops new material, including leather, fabric, hardware, and all accessories.
- Monitors and corrects sampling outcome to meet design intent.
- Manages all delivery and timing needs for all prototypes in development, salesman and pilot production.
- Participated in product hand over to Production and QA team.
- Capable to partner with vendors, design, QA, and production team to explore solution for problems.
- Organizes material and product testing to ensure both meet quality and testing specifications.
- Cost validation and applies cost engineering where needed to meet price targets.
- Prepare reports on time to analyses the material and product development tracking.
