Saltmine is a B2B SaaS startup rebuilding the $300B workplace design industry from the ground up.  We are combining modern technology with deep industry expertise to transform the process of workplace strategy to programming to design & costing. The Saltmine platform connects and improves the entire process by which workplace strategy, programming, test-fitting and design are performed. We’ve transformed what is traditionally a linear, expensive and time-consuming undertaking into a seamless cloud-based platform that uses analytics and contextual collaboration to enable our clients to select real estate and deliver spaces on time and on budget.

Within the past year our team has grown by 50% to 120 employees globally with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Singapore, Budapest & Vietnam - with an incredibly talented group of employees from the likes of Google, Autodesk, JLL and Gensler. We are growing quickly and looking for talented professionals to join our team.  We’re a startup - the right person(s) should be hungry, scrappy, and willing to tackle whatever comes at us as we build the company.  You should be a self-starter who is capable of owning your work while also being an integral member of the team.

We have closed our Series A funding round (one of the biggest in South-east Asia) from marquee VC firms from Singapore & US.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of multiple types of projects (custom demo, implementation) across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, and hand-over closure
• Enforce and improve the working process among PM teams and others (Customer Success, Operations, Product, etc.)
• Assemble client's requirements to turn into executable project plans with well-defined, measurable, and attainable objectives
• Collaborate with Interior Designer, Planning and Customer Success team to ensure work clarification, timeline and deliverables
• Estimate and manage the project team resources
• Build and engage strong relationships with clients, manage stakeholder expectations
• Forecast, identify project risks and propose resolutions
• Explore industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Update progress status on a consistent basis using project management tools (AirTable, Hubspot, Google Spreadsheet / Drive)

Requirements

• Bachelor in Business Administration or Interior Designer or Information Technology or relevant
• 1+ year demonstrated experience in Project Management or 2+ years in relevant positions
• Possess strong understanding about project management and related methodologies
• Fast learner - must be able to become an expert on the Saltmine Design platform within a week!
• Amazing attention to detail
• Strong ownership, willing to take initiative, hard working and self-motivated to work under minimal supervision
• Have strong analytical, organization, interpersonal skills, and extremely resourceful
• Knowledge / Experience in Interior Design and / or Construction is a big plus
• Applicable for Vietnamese only.
