We’re looking for a 3D Modeler to join our 3D Modeling team at Saltmine.

In this role, you’ll work on creating 3D models of furniture, products, and interior elements that are used in our digital environments. You’ll work from product images, drawings, dimensions, CAD files, and other references to create models that are accurate, clean, and optimized for real-time use.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys 3D modeling, has a good eye for detail, and wants to grow their skills while working on real-world products and projects.

What You’ll Do

• Create 3D models of furniture, products, and interior elements using Blender.
• Use product images, drawings, dimensions, and CAD references to build accurate models.
• Make sure models have the right proportions, dimensions, scale, and overall look.
• Create clean topology and optimize models without compromising visual quality.
• Unwrap UVs and prepare models for texturing.
• Create and apply basic PBR materials and textures.
• Check your own work before submitting it for review and fix any issues you find.
• Work on feedback from Senior Modelers, Team Leads, Designers, and QC teams.
• Follow the team's modeling standards, naming conventions, and production workflow.
• Complete assigned tasks within the expected timelines and communicate early if you face any challenges.
• Work closely with other artists and team members to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
• Learn and improve your modeling techniques and contribute to making the overall workflow better.
•  Knowledge of Photoshop for texture preparation and External Scenes.
• Ready to learn In-house platform.

What We’re Looking For

• Good working knowledge of Blender.
• Basic understanding of 3D modeling and hard-surface modeling.
• Understanding of topology, UVs, materials, and textures.
• Good sense of proportions, dimensions, and visual accuracy.
• Ability to understand and work from product images and technical references.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve.
• Good communication and ability to work as part of a team.

It’s a Plus If You Have

• Experience modeling furniture or interior products.
• Experience with Blender.
• Basic knowledge of CAD drawings or CAD files.
• Familiarity with PBR workflows and GLTF/GLB.
• Experience with product visualization, architectural visualization, or real-time 3D.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or production tracking tools.

Education & Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in 3D modeling or a related field.
• A diploma or degree in 3D Animation, Game Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong 3D portfolio are welcome to apply.
