Responsibilities

Metro Mid Market SEチームでは首都圏エリア中堅規模(従業員200名〜600名)のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動を行なっています。
 

１：ソリューション提案活動

• お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援

• 課題に対する解決策を提示するためのカスタマイズデモの作成と実施

• ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成

• 導入パートナー様への要件伝達、見積取得、折衝、PJ支援

• 担当顧客に対するアカウントプランの策定および実行

• 各種ワークショップの企画、実行、運営(ファシリテーション)

• コンサルや活用支援チームとの協業によるサービス提案
   

２：各種営業マテリアル作成

• 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かしたソリューションマップや業界向けデモ、提案書テンプレートなどの作成

• 新機能/新プロダクトの技術検証/動作検証、ユースケース検討およびアセット化

３：マーケティング活動支援

• セミナー＆イベントでの登壇、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションの実施

• イベント展示ブースやセッションのためのデモアセットの作成

Requirements

• CRMまたは業務アプリケーションのプリセールス経験、またはSI提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー・プロジェクトリーダー、ITコンサルティングのいずれかの経験を3年以上

• デモや製品カスタマイズの経験

• システム開発、セキュリティ、システム連携などの基本的なスキル

• 自発的／能動的に仕事ができる能力

• 論理的思考、課題解決、プレゼンテーション等のスキル

• 顧客とのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション能力

• 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心

• チームで仕事をする能力
