As a candidate, you must be passionate about building and delivering Enterprise software that continues to inspire customer confidence.  Our customers use Anypoint Platform Private Cloud Edition offering to build integrations and APIs that connect our customers’ most critical data sources. Maintaining our customers’ trust in protecting and securing their data is our number one priority and Salesforce’s top value. As the product leader for Anypoint Private Cloud Edition at Mulesoft, you will set the vision & strategy direction for this offering that is used by some of Salesforce’s largest customers that includes governments and regulated industries worldwide.  We are looking for a product manager with a strong individual-contributor track record as Enterprise software product owner.

The ideal candidate will be able to ramp up quickly and become familiar with every aspect of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including the Private Cloud Edition (https://docs.mulesoft.com/private-cloud/latest/). You will identify opportunities to take Private Cloud Edition to the next level and drive a product strategy that is aligned with our customer priorities and MuleSoft’s longer term strategy, and work with cross-functional teams across MuleSoft to deliver on that strategy. You will function as a primary subject matter expert on any and all aspects of the offerings roadmap and delivery execution. You will have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape from strategy to functional capabilities and represent MuleSoft as a domain and product expert in executive councils, strategic customer meetings and major events. 

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand market and technology trends, competitive landscape and cross functional inputs and translate these into product roadmap and initiatives that drive collaboration and productivity across the platform  

  • Partner with engineering and other cross functional teams to ship delightful product experiences for our customers

  • Own the development and communication of support policies and timelines internally and externally

  • Build detailed, customer centric requirements for all customer impacting use cases 

  • Drive seller readiness activities in conjunction with Sales leadership and Marketing teams

  • Partner with product teams across MuleSoft to identify and track KPIs on customer engagement and productivity across products

Requirements:

  • Prior experience and knowledge in broadly distributed Enterprise software product management

  • Passionate about working with developers, architects and product managers and deeply care about the customer experience

  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Kubernetes

  • Experience in software product management for highly regulated industries 

  • 10+ years of product management experience with experience building scalable platform products for both internal and external developers

  • Experience with life cycle management (install, update, patch) of enterprise software 

  • Ability to thrive in complex and dynamic organizational environments

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across Engineering, Field Sales, and Business Development.
