Responsibilities:
Be the trusted advisor to our customers, prospects, and the broader Solutions Engineering (SE) team.
Work with customers in their aligned vertical or market segment to address and tackle a wide variety of technical challenges, using the industry -leading capabilities of the Salesforce Platform and portfolio solutions.
Work with solutions engineers to understand the customer's unique business challenges and conduct architecture and solutioning workshops.
Develop technical integration approaches, including data flow and architectural diagrams.
Continually participate in product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
Orchestrate targeted workshops that drive technical approaches and best practices aligned with the customer's defined business objectives and priorities.
Develop relationships with customers, and help them to understand how the Salesforce platform & solutions fits into their overall technology strategy \ architecture.
Promote the value proposition, benefits, and advantages, of the Salesforce Platform including Hyperforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI and more. Educate customers and peers on the possibilities of building and customizing Platform applications.
Guide deal strategy by providing insight into the technical buyer, and craft influence strategies that resonate with this audience.
Share your knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with the broader solution engineering teams to multiply the impact of your work.
Continue to develop yourself as a technologist and as a presales professional in an encouraging, collaborative team environment.

Baseline Requirements:
Over 10 years of experience as a technical \ Enterprise Architect
Ability to understand business & IT department requirements, translate those business needs into a compelling solution, and present your recommendations to executive, technical, and business audience.
Deep knowledge of enterprise software applications and their delivery
Understanding of the architecture of cloud-based platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure and application servers.
Knowledge of server-side web development design languages, scripting languages, and protocols such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, JSON)
Database and data management fundamentals
Web and mobile application development and architecture
Application lifecycle management
Integration principles and tools
Enterprise data management tools and methods
AI Knowledge: Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI), plus the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
Strategic problem solver, thought leadership and comfort communicating with executive audiences.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern data stacks; comfortable discussing governance, security, and integration.
Understanding of IT compliance and security.
Understanding of REST API integrations, SDKs.
Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
Willing and able to travel domestically adn when required, internationally.
Experience with design thinking, persona-based discovery or other innovation techniques.
Preferred Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailhead Superbadges
Experience working as an architect, solution engineer, IT consultant or developer in a customer facing role that provided differentiated software technology solutions.
Proven experience presenting and demonstrating to senior business and technical stakeholders (CIO \ CTO \ CISO).
Fluent in Hebrew and English
