Summary:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in software development and a strong understanding of the latest technologies. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions to meet the needs of our Operations department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Develop high-quality software design and architecture

- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

- Review and debug code

- Perform validation and verification testing

- Document development phases and monitor systems

- Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in software development

- Proficiency in Java, C++, or other programming languages

- Strong understanding of software design and architecture

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
