Overview:

SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software integration principles and practices, as well as experience with Python scripting and software APIs. They will also be familiar with Microsoft security technology, namely Active Directory.
What you’d be doing:
- Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that meet the needs of our business users.
- Working with business teams to understand and translate their requirements into technical specifications.
- Writing Python scripts and working with software APIs to automate integration tasks.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing integration solutions.
- Staying up to date on the latest integration technologies and best practices.
- Working in cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Evaluating third-party software tools and services.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of experience in integration engineering or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of software integration principles and practices.
- 5+ years of experience with Python scripting and software APIs.
- A solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience integrating with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory.
- Proficiency in developer best practices leveraging Git.
- 5+ years of working in the AWS cloud environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
