What will you be doing?
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software;
- Perform development and maintenance of key system features;
- Demonstrate competency in all relevant technologies for the role, including understanding the impact of your code on upstream/downstream services;
- When on-call, be able to resolve most issues independently and involve other teams when required. Have a clear understanding of the incident management process;
- Contribute to creating and reviewing technical design documentation, run, books and knowledge base materials.
- Bring ideas and suggestions to improve the user experience, rather than just implementing the bare minimum. Have a strong customer-centric mindset and understand customer use cases.
- Conduct in-depth investigations, document outcomes, and discuss options with stakeholders when issues arise.
- Proactively communicate, ask meaningful questions, and get the answers needed to be highly effective team member.

- Create and review documentation and process regarding recurring issues, new standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer material, etc.
The Successful Applicant Will Have Experience In
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years relevant experience in software development.
- Experience working with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis
- Proficiency with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to:Golang, C#, C++, Python, Java, Typescript, Scala
- Building and maintaining web applications, APIs, and microservices using ASP.NET.
- Knowledge of serverless computing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Designing and developing scalable and maintainable microservices using .NET.
- Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and RESTful services.
- Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures.
The Successful Applicant Will Bring To The Role
- Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle; including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Track record of designing and building complex software systems and successfully delivering them to customers.
- Exposure to architecting and designing large-scale distributed systems (e.g. SQL/NoSQL, scalability and fault-tolerance).
