Purpose:
As the Business Intelligence & Reporting Analyst you will be accountable for ensuring the provision of performance reports and dashboards to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Tableau and Excel to support dashboards and reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports Communicate technical information and data interpretation to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand dashboard and reporting requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau
- Produce reporting on a timely basis in line with reporting deadlines
- Monitor the performance of Tableau dashboards
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Understanding of finance systems, financial reporting and accounting principals
- Proficiency in the use of PostgreSQL databases including views, stored procedures, query optimization techniques, triggers, and variables
- Proven proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Excel with an understanding of good design principles
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Knowledgeable in basic data governance and management to sustain and maintain best practices to underpin quality outcomes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Very good communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of work experience in a BI data reporting or analyst role
- Experience in the insurance or finance industry will be viewed favorably.

We are located on the 27th Floor SM Aura Office Tower, 26th Street corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Situated in the heart of the premier business district of Manila, a variety of malls, restaurants, cafes, and fast food joints are easily accessible and within walking distance from our office.
