• Develop, customise, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and implement new website sections, landing pages, components, and storefront features.
• Translate design and business requirements into responsive, functional, and production-ready web experiences.
• Manage Shopify theme customisations, JSON templates, sections, snippets, and other storefront components.
• Debug and resolve website issues, UI inconsistencies, functional bugs, and technical errors.
• Ensure consistent website experience across desktop, mobile, and different browsers.
• Conduct thorough QA and responsive testing before pushing changes to production.
• Support website updates, product launches, campaigns, and other time-sensitive storefront requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve website speed, performance, usability, and overall customer experience.
• Work with design, marketing, and analytics teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
• Use Git for version control and maintain clean, structured, and scalable code.
• Monitor existing storefront functionality and proactively identify potential issues before they impact customers.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify theme development.
• Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Shopify JSON templates and theme architecture.
• Strong understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing and QA for websites across desktop and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Shopify CLI, Storefront API, Admin API, or GraphQL is a plus.
• Understanding of website performance optimisation, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, or technical SEO is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong ownership and ability to independently take tasks from requirement to deployment.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively with design, marketing, analytics, and other teams.
• Curious to learn, experiment, and continuously improve the Shopify storefront and customer experience.
