• Edit high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms with a strong focus on conversions and engagement.
• Create multiple versions and iterations of ad creatives for A/B testing, different audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Transform raw product, lifestyle, UGC, testimonial, and campaign footage into compelling performance marketing videos.
• Craft strong hooks within the first 3–5 seconds to maximize viewer retention and drive action.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance ad performance.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, and audio enhancement to maintain brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing, Creative, and Content teams to understand campaign briefs and marketing objectives.
• Repurpose existing long-form videos into short-form, platform-specific ad creatives for Reels, Stories, Shorts, and Feed ads.
• Optimize videos for different aspect ratios and platform specifications (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, etc.).
• Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, viral editing styles, and best practices for paid social advertising.
• Manage multiple ad editing projects simultaneously while ensuring quick turnaround times.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance ads, UGC edits, social media ads, or conversion-focused creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. Knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, audience retention, and conversion-focused editing.
• Experience editing videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms.
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics, animated text, captions, and visual effects for ads.
• Understanding of ad creative testing, iterations, and performance-driven content is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
• A proactive, self-driven individual who enjoys experimenting with new editing styles and creative formats.
