Full Stack AI Engineer (Azure)

Team: Engineering

Location: Buenos Aires

Commitment: Full Time - Contract

RYZ Labs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack AI Engineer to join our client’s team, focused on building and implementing enterprise-grade monitoring solutions across Azure environments.

You’ll work across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI-enabled systems, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions, improve system reliability, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

The ideal candidate will work on a build-focused engagement, responsible for installing, configuring, and documenting Azure monitoring and observability solutions based on client-defined standards. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure services, a deep understanding of monitoring frameworks, and the ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready configurations and documentation.
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer
  • Strong proficiency in two or more of the following: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#/.NET
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Azure, with a strong focus on monitoring and observability
  • Proven experience installing and configuring Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and Application Insights
  • Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in professional workflows
  • Experience configuring Azure Lighthouse across multi-subscription and cross-tenant environments
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Managed Grafana and dashboard creation
  • Experience deploying infrastructure using ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or Azure Policy
  • Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python for automation tasks
  • Experience working with incident management and RCA tooling within defined processes
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear runbooks and handoff materials
  • Ability to work within defined requirements, without ownership of ongoing operations or support

Preferred Qualifications:

     
  • Experience with AI development workflows, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted coding practices
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agent integrations
  • Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, RAG workflows, or graph-based AI technologies
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisions
  • Exposure to FinOps tools and Azure Cost Management
  • Interest in emerging AI development tools and intelligent engineering workflows
  • Experience configuring AI-driven monitoring solutions (e.g., anomaly detection, Azure AI services)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full stack applications and services using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies
  • Design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance features and systems across web applications and distributed architectures
  • Install and configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspaces, and Application Insights across multiple Azure resource types
  • Configure alerts, action groups, and intelligent alerting pipelines based on approved thresholds
  • Implement Azure Lighthouse configurations for cross-subscription and cross-tenant observability
  • Set up incident management tooling, alert pipelines, escalation flows, and RCA frameworks as defined by the client
  • Build automated remediation workflows using Azure Automation and Logic Apps
  • Configure AI-driven monitoring solutions, including anomaly detection and dynamic metrics dashboards
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides and runbooks
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable the client team to operate all deployed solutions
