Ihre Aufgaben 

Operations & Performance 

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standard-Work-in-Progress (SWIP), Planungsvorgaben und Terminen 

  • Verantwortung für die Cycle Time sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Least-Waste-Way (LWW) -Ziele 

  • Überwachung, Analyse und Steuerung relevanter KPIs inkl. Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen 

  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Team Turnbacks sowie der Real Time Problem Resolution (RTPR) 

 

Führung & Team 

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams von Fluggerätmechanikern 

  • Einsatz- und Schichtplanung sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Personaleinsätze 

  • Förderung, Entwicklung und Beurteilung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden 

  • Organisation von Trainings und Onboarding gemäß Skillmatrix 

  • Unterstützung der Schichtleitung und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Übergaben 

 

Schnittstellen & Kommunikation 

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering, Planung und weiteren Fachbereichen 

  • Sicherstellung transparenter Kommunikation sowie aktives Eskalationsmanagement (z. B. Tier-Meetings) 

  • Berichtslinie und Eskalation an den Operations Manager 

 

Prozesse & kontinuierliche Verbesserung 

  • Umsetzung und aktive Mitgestaltung von Continuous Improvement Maßnahmen (z. B. Kaizen) 

  • Weiterentwicklung und Einhaltung von Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)-Standards sowie Standards unter Verwendungen von Lean Methoden wie z.B. 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) 

  • Sicherstellung definierter Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessanforderungen

Ihr Profil 

Fachlich 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder höherer Abschluss in einem luftfahrttechnischen Beruf 

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in der Luftfahrttechnik 

  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und gängigen IT-Systemen 

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 

 

Persönlich 

  • Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung von Teams 

  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise 

  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationsvermögen 

  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsstärke und Flexibilität 

  • Vorbildfunktion in Bezug auf Qualität, Ethik und Arbeitssicherheit 

  • Begeisterung für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Lean-Methoden
