Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aimed at optimizing operations across the organization. Identify key areas for digital innovation and process automation, while aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Spearhead the integration of new digital technologies, such as ML, AI, IoT, and cloud-based systems, into existing operational workflows. Drive automation initiatives to improve process efficiency and enhance the overall customer and employee experience.
  • Manage and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and track project progress.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes through the application of lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Use data-driven insights to recommend operational improvements that streamline workflows, reduce redundancy, and minimize operational costs.
  • Work closely with departments such as Digital Technology, Operations and Engineering, to ensure smooth implementation of transformation strategies. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts by identifying and addressing potential barriers to digital adoption within the organization. Train and support teams through the transition, ensuring new systems and processes are adopted successfully.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital transformation and emerging technologies. Continuously identify opportunities for further digitalization and operational improvements within the company.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers and team members. Share knowledge and best practices to elevate the team’s capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning.


Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related discipline

Preferred Skills (if any):

  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, advanced Excel data analysis, advanced analytical techniques and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong technical skills to facilitate process redesign, data analytics, process automation, infrastructure and system management.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, and a strong understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven Cybersecurity and compliance mindset.
  • CORE Accreditation and or LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and a passion for process improvement and alignment
