Overview:

We are looking for a 3+ years of experienced Quality Assurance tester who has got expertise in functional and automation testing with Selenium C#. Strong understanding of Web Test Framework and proficient in designing and developing reusable testing frameworks for efficient test maintenance. 

Position: Lead Engineer

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of Web Test Framework for Vue application.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure the quality and functionality of web applications.
• Strong in programming/coding skills using C#/Java/JavaScript/Typescript.
• Must have worked on test automation using Selenium.
• Must have worked on API automation.
• Experience in writing/executing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate functionalities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version-control procedures, and defect management processes.
• Proficient in designing and developing reusable testing frameworks for efficient test maintenance.
• Perform functional testing to ensure applications meet requirements and specifications.
• Utilize test management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps to plan, execute, and track test cases.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports, including key testing metrics and insights.
• Work with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate them.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient testing and deployment processes.
• Analyze test results and provide meaningful insights to improve product quality and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in test automation and software testing methodologies.
• Good to have knowledge of security testing as well as performance testing tools like JMeter or Load Runner.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in functional and automation testing with Selenium Java and Selenium C#.
