Job Description: The Full Stack Developer will be an independent contributor developing tooling to enable more rapid development and facilitate research for the team.  Candidate will be developing applications using a specified programming language per the customer.  Ability to respond to evolving requirements in an agile environment.  Candidate must have experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy).  Must have demonstrated experience responding to evolving requirements in an agile environment. 

Requirements:  Typically requires ten (10) years experience programming with object-oriented programming languages and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university.   Expert-level experience in Java development and Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot RESTful web services. Experience with Maven build process and experience with Testcontainers to support unit testing. Experience designing and implementing Access Control mechanisms for a least privileged access implementation. Developer will be responsible for the initial concept, development plant, and prototype to demonstrate full functionality.  Experience developing customized UI/UX web technologies (e.g.; Node.JS, Redux, React, NPM, etc.) Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight. Experience integrating complex authentication systems in a web-based environment.
