We are currently seeking Co-Ops to support North Berwick Engineering with interest in Project Engineering roles. This position will be in-person and you will provide Project engineering support on a variety of engineering tasks.

Engineering Co-Ops at Pratt & Whitney North Berwick, Maine work on challenging, meaningful, and impactful projects across our business. We’re looking for students with an engineer’s curiosity, an explorer’s heart, and a perfectionist’s grit to help us build the future of aerospace.

What You Will Do

• General task management
• Creating technical reports
• Project support of tasks from preliminary design through detailed design phases
• Coordinating with others in advancing technology and process improvements
• Your efforts will align with the design, development, validation, production implementation or fleet management of engines flying throughout the world.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
