The Customer Support Engineering organization is looking for a Data Lead for the F119 Program. In this role, you will work with a cross functional to develop and implement a database tool to track control system component removals, investigation/repair status, root cause and reliability disposition.
What You Will Do
- Manage Define high level database requirements with key stakeholders
- With clear requirements, determine a suitable platform
- Research creation resources (Internal or Outsource)
- Define final requirements to build database and associated budget estimate (Manpower and Budget)
- Receive approval to move forward to create. Obtain required funding
- Manage build ensuring requirements are met, publish build, test and deploy
Qualifications You Must Have
- Enrolled in a degree program in computer science.
- Knowledge of Python programming language with the ability to build and modify scripts for parsing files and accessing databases for data input and extraction.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle Databases, Java, & HTML and modern programming languages
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects, handle ambiguity and independently drive for results
- Ability to engage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to execute work independently through complex technical decision-making.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills; and communication skills, including verbal, and technical writing.

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
