- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and solving existing problems
- Identifying and assessing technical solutions
- Managing development deliverables using an Agile Framework
- Support customers across various time zones.
- Developing new solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Qualifications:
- Must have
- 4 to 6 years of total IT experience
- Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience
- BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field
- ServiceNow Certifications - CSA
- Must have
- Good to have
- ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certification
- ServiceNow Certifications – CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SPM
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have
- Experience with ServiceNow modules - ITSM, SPM, CSM, IntegrationHub
- Experience with application support and development activities.
- Ability to develop quality solutions independently.
- Experience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows and ACLs.
- Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP and REST.
- Code debugging techniques.
- Write code adhering to coding best practices.
- Good to have
- Experience with ServiceNow modules – ITOM, ITAM, CMDB
- Experience with resolving issues within strict SLA timelines.
- Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours
- Experience with Upgrade and Cloning activities.
- Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, Integrations, Now Assist, Performance Analytics, Scoped applications,
- Experience with working in a client-facing environment.
