Key Responsibilities
• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into detailed application designs and configurations.
• Develop and enhance internally built applications and configure COTS platforms using appropriate technologies.
• Lead development tasks across full lifecycle phases including testing, deployment, and post release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application defects and performance issues.
• Review and provide feedback on the work of junior developers.
• Recommend improvements to development standards, tools, and practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline required.
• 3–6 years of progressive application development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrating with upstream/downstream systems.
