Job Description

Location: This is a hybrid position located in Atlanta. Will need to report onsite 4 days/week. Seeking local candidates only. 

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with Home Depot's design and planning teams, alongside RRD's internal creative and print production teams, to deliver on our client's in-store signage requirements. Your daily responsibilities will involve gathering crucial project scope details, understanding, and conveying creative needs, and diligently managing milestones to meet deadlines. Effective communication with various stakeholders, including The Home Depot teams, internal traffic managers, creative teams, and print production managers, will be essential to ensure flawless and timely project execution.

  • Act as primary liaison between clients and RRD internal creative and production teams.
  • Apply a broad knowledge of retail, packaging, and print production workflows.
  • Establish and promote excellent customer relations through effective and proactive communications to update clients and other stakeholders on project status.
  • Enter and track a high volume of data-related work milestones and updates to project tracking system
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects, entering specifications using job management software, prioritizing work and managing client expectations
  • Demonstrate understanding in each area of Creative Services, including design and print production 
  • Attend and set relevant client meetings, production and project management status calls bringing in appropriate resources from Creative Services as needed.
  • Maintain contact with client, creative and production teams to set project milestones, create project estimates, track schedules, advise on job progress, scheduling concerns, and any requests for additional information or materials, when required.
  • Train other employees as needed.
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions. Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions. Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems. Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems.
  • Able to apply excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. Able to apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments. Able to mentor junior level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position.
  • Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted. Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer.

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $62,800 -111,400 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
