Job Description:
The Pet Owner Experience Delivery Lead will drive delivery of CIP initiatives and connections with vendors and global teams in support of the pet owner experience across North America (US & Canada). This includes .COM (HUB), Eukanuba.com/.ca, Akeneo, BazaarVoice, PriceSpider, Salsify, Hotjar, Where2Buy, Qualtrics, and Google Analytics. This role will be responsible for the ongoing technical enhancements for pet owner experience and marketing capabilities in the region, partnering closely with the Pet Owner Experience Product Lead and Product Owners for those capabilities on the regional marketing teams and the global product teams where applicable
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or Technical field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 Years Experience on a digital product team
- Knowledge of IT organization and how to collaborate with IT to get work done.
- Google Analytics/GTM experience
- Strong technical expertise
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience and ability working in matrix organizations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Coordination with the Pet Owner Experience Product Lead to inform backlog grooming and roadmap
- Responsible for ensuring that Pet Owner Experience Products (.com and supporting products) are focused on delivering against Business value targets, helping to define and report against KPIs on the product and processes with Product Lead
- Engaging with markets & teams applying “design thinking” skills to assess new demand & value opportunities against the product – be able to translate business challenges to product opportunities/features
- Establish a regular feedback process with the Pet Owner Experience Product Lead and business stakeholders to align on priorities and roadmaps.
- Establish data-driven decision making around value performance vs. priorities
- Excellent partnership with our platform and services vendors. “One team” approach.
- Champion Agile delivery methodology and help build the Agile capability within the organization.
- Monitor, share and evaluate delivery, and measure progress to ensure value is delivered early and often.
- Actively participate in the larger Digital community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge, and bringing in best practices.
- Manage budgets, project managers, and development and vendor resources. Manage BA and QA resources as required
