  • Develop and maintain automated API, data validation, and regression tests.
  • Coordinate testing across concurrent changes, manage defects, and communicate progress and release risks.

  • Execute risk-based testing for security remediation, vulnerability fixes, infrastructure upgrades, and migrations.
  • Validate functionality, connectivity, authentication, and processing following infrastructure or security changes; partner with development, security, and DevOps teams. • Establish data validation and reconciliation criteria; support conversion rehearsals, UAT, cutover readiness, and post-conversion validation.

  • Mentor QE team members and maintain documentation to strengthen testing practices and application knowledge.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on QA/QE experience supporting enterprise applications;
  • Strong functional, integration, API, database, and end-to-end testing skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue investigation; experience developing or maintaining automated tests.
  • Demonstrated ability to own testing from requirements through execution, defect resolution, and release readiness reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills managing competing priorities across distributed teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management; Experience with platform conversions, data migrations, .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET)
  • Familiarity with ETL testing.
  • Experience validating infrastructure upgrades, security remediation, or enterprise authentication changes.
