Job Description
- Sets frequency and type of interactions, extent of involvement for stakeholders and develops a dispute resolution process.
- Ensures effective communication flow among business process owners, project team members and all IT functions who participate and impact the results of the project development effort.
- Develops proposals, work plans, training plans, budgets and reports of IT projects.
- Develops descriptions for project justification, plans, roles, responsibilities and reporting structure.
