Job Description

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer who is passionate about data, understands financial concepts, and can translate complex business requirements into high‑quality software. This role supports critical applications, data pipelines, and integrations that power our Investments, Trust, Custody, and Trading operations.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond writing code — someone who understands how data flows, why it matters, and how it impacts clients and regulators.

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET web applications, including ongoing vulnerability remediation.

  • Build and enhance data-focused API’s using C# and Apigee with a strong focus on data access, security, and performance.

  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica IICS and SSIS.

  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex stored procedures in MS SQL and Snowflake.

  • Build and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows using Stonebranch or Airflow. Knowledge of Python helpful.

  • Integrate with and support commercial Wealth Management software (investments, trust, custody, trading).

  • Collaborate with business partners to translate financial and operational requirements into technical solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Troubleshoot production issues across applications, APIs, databases, and ETL jobs.

  • Use AI‑assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development and documentation.

  • Contribute to secure coding practices and remediation of audit or vulnerability findings.

  • Assist with reporting and analytics using SAP BusinessObjects or Tableau (nice to have).

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET

  • Expertise in SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization

  • Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (Informatica IICS, SSIS)

  • Experience building and maintaining REST APIs

  • Familiarity with Apigee or similar API gateways

  • Experience with Snowflake and MS SQL Server

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices

  • Experience with Stonebranch, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools

  • Ability to maintain and modernize legacy codebases

Preferred Domain Knowledge:

  • Understanding of investment products, trust accounting, custody operations, and trade lifecycle

  • Experience supporting or integrating with commercial Wealth Management platforms

  • Ability to interpret financial data and identify anomalies

  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations (audit trails, data lineage, security controls)

Soft Skills & Mindset:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders

  • Curiosity about data and how it is used in financial operations

  • Ownership mentality — accountable for systems end‑to‑end

  • Ability to work in a regulated, process‑driven environment

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.

  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.

  • A world-class training program in financial services.
