Job Description
- Provide technical support and technical proposal to customers during product evaluation, integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including application notes, datasheets, and FAQs.
- Support field sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements and product promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or product development, valve actuation product design.
- Solid understanding of electronics, electric and automation control design, or software applications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Solid Edge Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as Profibus, CAN, and Ethernet.
- Solid knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic design
