Driven by our enthusiasm for meeting new talents and fostering connections within the community and as part of our profile mapping program, we are now exploring diverse roles, including Semi Senior QA Engineer to expand the Engineering area. It’s important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.

We're looking for a Ssr QA Engineer to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Review clients needs and technical specifications with the development team, to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities of the project.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Track quality assurance metrics and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies while encouraging the department technical improvement.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train development team to implement solutions to prevent them from happening in the future.
• Collaborate with internal initiatives.

Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?

• Software experience from degree studies.
• +2 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Advanced English skills.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize the testing process, including test case creation, bug reporting, edge case identification, and test automation.
