It’s important to note that, in this instance, the role does not involve immediate hiring but rather serves as a part of a pipeline for future recruitments.
We're looking for a Ssr QA Engineer to join our remote multicultural team and be part of the full development cycle of web and mobile apps: including understanding business needs, designing solutions for specific problems, and developing the product.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Review clients needs and technical specifications with the development team, to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities of the project.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Track quality assurance metrics and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies while encouraging the department technical improvement.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train development team to implement solutions to prevent them from happening in the future.
- Collaborate with internal initiatives.
Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?
- Software experience from degree studies.
- +2 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience using AI tools to optimize the testing process, including test case creation, bug reporting, edge case identification, and test automation.
