We are looking for a Senior IAM Engineer

Compensation: $215,000-$270,000 salary employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.

If you’re an experienced security engineer with a deep understanding and experience working with Identity Access Management across an entire organization and employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, this could be a perfect opportunity for you. In this role, reporting directly to the VP of Security Engineering, you’ll work to automate all access points, define roles and privileges across different business departments, provisioning and SSO. If you have experience with the like of Saviynt, SailPoint or similar, and are across modern IAM protocols, Public Key Infrastructure and Public Access management, that would be a great technical match for the role.

About the Role:

  • Lead major initiatives around Identity Access Management, owning all the automation and development of IAM across the broader Rokt organization.
  • Play a major role in security awareness programs and training across the entire business through an IAM lens, owning the entire piece of our security strategy.
  • Ensure a high level of compliance, reliability and security for all our IAM infrastructure and strategies now and into the future
  • Build and maintain IAM policies across physical devices, API keys, cloud-based identities,web and mobile applications and 2FA/SSO authentication

About You:

  • 6+ years of experience working in Identity Access Management as an engineer, working on modern SAML, MFA, Public Key Infrastructure and  Public Access Management
  • Extensive experience building out and implementing modern IAM practices and policies from physical devices through to cloud
  • Experience rolling out and maintaining Saviynt, SailPoint or a similar tool.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively roll out initiatives and strategies across all areas of the organization
  • We’re a macOS, AWS and Kubernetes shop here at Rokt, so experience working with IAM in similar environments is essential
