Job Description

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design, develop, and ship new features.
• Design and implement Datadog dashboards for operational insights.
• Monitor the health of deployments and develop automated runbooks for operational tasks.
• Resolve support escalation issues and communicate with developers and customers.
• Document and review incidents and resolutions, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management systems.
• Develop and monitor metrics to drive process and performance improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and educate team members on development and operations.
• Manage CI/CD tools and maintain configuration standards.
• Improve infrastructure and application development, following best practices.
• Build relationships and interact with peers to appropriately.

The Essentials – You Will Have

• 2+ years of experience in SRE roles.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, BASH), algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of software infrastructure management and deployment test methodologies.
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other Engineering.
   

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

• Experience deploying CloudOps/SRE practices.
• Experience with Datadog, Dynatrace, grafana.
• Customer-facing operations on Cloud and Mobile platforms.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining workflows in GitHub.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle.
