Job Description
Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. Ensures compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
The Senior Product Quality Engineer will be responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) and post-sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. This position is based in Katowice and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
- Work closely with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality and reliability aspects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of combined experience in product quality engineering, in a manufacturing environment, and New Product Introduction
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Product Development process (Concept, Design/development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization/Utilization) Desirable.
- Agile Methodology knowledge (desirable)
- Familiarity with post-sales support and customer feedback analysis.
- Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt).
