Designs, defines, and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyzes existing systems. Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Develops and recommends corrective actions. Develops technical solutions and management processes by means of implementing systems or enterprise-wide solutions, using the company's or a third-party's hardware/software product. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Participates in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities.

Your Responsibilities:

· Lead a team of 12nos. - 15nos. Project Engineers working for Heavy Industries (Metal and Infra)

· Lead & drives functional excellence in engineering solution, provide knowledge- base, services and technical understanding for the Metal and Infra industry, as per the industry standards and its regulatory requirements

· Manage all aspects of project life cycle from pre-sale proposal support, engineering and site support if required

· Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction

· Supports best practice sharing and knowledge transfer among teams to improve competency of the team

The Essentials - You Will Have:

· Diploma in ELECTRONICS & TELECOM ENGINIRING is required.

· Overall 10-16 years of experience with minimum 5 years on Rockwell Automation platforms

· Should have exposure to applications in Power & Control / Heavy Industries, Metals & Drives applications

· High level of expertise in RA products such as Control Logix, Drives (AC & DC), FT View SE/ME

· Good understanding of advanced solutions like Metals Standards, etc.

· Good experience of Coordinated drive systems

· Proven record of successfully managing multiple & complex customer projects and a good understanding of Project Management.

· Commissioning experience and troubleshooting methods

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

· Should have experience in complete Project Life Cycle delivery

• Managed Global stakeholders / regional offices and engaged with Clients remotely or at site
• Field Installation & Commissioning experience of PLCs & Instruments
• Good Command on SAP Documentation and Part Management
• Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
