Job Description
Summary:
As the ISC Analytics and Reporting Team Manager, you will lead a data team and report to the Senior Manager of ISC Analytics and Reporting. You will collaborate with IT and functional stakeholders to develop and maintain Power Platform, data science solutions using AI to improve efficiency and automation. You will also be responsible for workload planning, team development, and coaching employees on growth opportunities. We are seeking a leader with a strong passion for data solutions that create value for stakeholders. We ask that you have experience through information design and advanced analytics.
You will be reporting to SR. MANAGER, DATA ANALYTICS and have a hybrid schedule working in Bangalore, India.
Your Responsibilities:
- People Management & Development Responsible for the career development and performance management of assigned team members, including performance assessments, competency development, and training.
- Hire and retain talent to build a high-performing organisation where employees are empowered to grow as members of our team according to Rockwell's strategic goals.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of the organization, translating functional leadership requirements into actionable direction for team members.
- Allow others to maximise the value of data management systems by providing guidance and best practices that support our goals.
- Provide experience in designing agile data solutions that support future use cases and evolving data usage needs.
- Data Analytics We are looking for hands-on leadership in data automation and analytics in addition to people management. Experience with innovation and advanced analytics is necessary .
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility in work hours to overlap with global teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure or similar data infrastructure, including expertise in SQL and database design and maintenance.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with Power BI or equivalent analytics and visualisation tools, including AI tools like Copilot and agents.
- 1+ years of Experience on data tools and assets.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, Python, or R.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Ability to adapt quickly to modern technologies and changing business requirements.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to influence functional and IT stakeholders independently.
- Experience building end-to-end data solutions and models with a focus on integration.
- Direct firsthand experience designing and developing data solutions
