  • Develop and maintain the global hardware roadmap, including new hardware development, lifecycle management, capacity planning, and regional requirements.
  • Define hardware capabilities that enable product, application, and system demonstrations.
  • Design solutions that support realistic customer use cases and integration with VM-based and SaaS platforms.

2. New Product Introduction & Portfolio Planning.

  • Lead hardware planning for New Product Introduction (NPI), determining how new products should be enabled across onCourse platforms.
  • Manage hardware portfolio coverage, identify capability gaps, and lead product end-of-life (EOL) and hardware transition planning.

3. Hardware Development & Investment Planning.

  • Lead hardware development projects from concept through deployment, including demo boxes, panels, and event solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including quoting, ordering, delivery, and hardware documentation.
  • Lead CapEx planning for demo hardware and OHW lab facilities.

4. Global Operations & Continuous Improvement.

  • Lead global hardware deployments, lifecycle updates, and onsite execution while minimizing disruption to reservations and customer events.
  • Coordinate hardware changes with demo content owners and other platform stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate hardware inventory and status while driving improvements in reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex hardware and platform issues.

5. Infrastructure & Technical Leadership.

  • Provide technical oversight of global hardware infrastructure, including reset systems, lab networks, firewalls, virtualization, and supporting technologies.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to global hardware engineers.
  • Partner with IT and security teams to maintain secure, scalable infrastructure.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with GPE, Marketing, Business Units, Sales, SMEs, and other stakeholders to align hardware strategy and develop high-value demonstration capabilities that support business, product, and customer needs.

The Essentials - You Will Have:
