Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data mining, data manipulation and visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mine, cleanse, and interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing insights to the team.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketo, Social Media Platforms, 6sense, Marketo Measure, Adobe Experience Platform
• Provide performance reporting, insights and recommendations given a regular cadence as well as ad-hoc when needed
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams and outside vendors/agencies to optimize marketing activities regularly
• Utilize Rocket’s ABM tool-set to orchestrate customer journeys
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science).
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or digital analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Adobe Analytics, 6sense).
• Understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.

Annual salary range for this position is between €41,480.00 - €67,405.00 gross before taxes.

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
