As Director of Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping RoadSync's platform evolution in 2025. You'll drive innovation that powers commerce anywhere, anytime across the logistics ecosystem, working with a passionate team of sales, technical, marketing, design, success, and operations professionals. 

Key Responsibilities:
● Research market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product roadmap
● Lead interactive customer discussions to glean new ideas, additions, or updates to our
platform
● Create written synopsis, workflows, and other detail to support design and feature
creation
● Assist in product roadmap prioritization
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure
customer feedback is fully included in all product concerns
● Work closely with Engineering and SRE teams to ensure product goals are understood
Documentation & Reporting:
● Articulate the product vision via marketing copy, release notes, and onboarding materials
● Document needs, pain points, and suggestions from internal and external customers in
Product knowledge base
● Evaluate product performance, driving metrics to ensure understanding of product
success
● Provide feedback to improve internal processes and user documentation Training & Mentorship:
● Mentoring junior members of the team to improve their skills and reduce escalation from
Engineering
● Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users and internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Strong story-telling ability, to drive customer interest / excitement
● Strong experience leading discovery discussions for new uses of the platform
● Experience creating product marketing materials for internal and external use
● Ability to communicate deeply technical points to a non-technical audience
● Experience in creating user personas and development aides
Problem-Solving Abilities:
● Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex business problems and turn them
into technical solutions
● Creative thinker that can assist users to find solutions within product feature set
Professional experience:
● 7+ years in a product management role, ideally in fintech or logistics software
● Experience directly or indirectly managing teams
