Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the exceptional quality of our products through meticulous manual testing and monitoring. You will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and reporting bugs and issues, contributing to the seamless performance of our applications.


What will your day to day look like:

  • Conduct cross-platform manual testing: Web platform.
  • Perform functional, regression, and usability testing of web-based applications to ensure adherence to design specifications and user requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reproduce and isolate reported defects, providing clear and concise bug reports using appropriate bug tracking systems.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure that identified issues are resolved before software releases.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing test automation opportunities to streamline repetitive testing tasks.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, providing insights, suggestions, and feedback to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the QA team, sharing knowledge and promoting professional growth.


Your areas of expertise most relevant to this role:

  • Minimum of 4 years of manual software testing experience.
  • Experience and proven track record of delivering high-quality products in cloud environments.
  • Experience in writing QA documents, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports (STP/STD).
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies (test planning, test design, test strategy, and test execution).
  • Experience with bug management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience working in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and application services, particularly in AWS.
  • Strong web technology skills and experience with testing web applications.
  • Experience in API testing and BE testing.
  • Automation tests execution and analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fast self-learning abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and high motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or relevant QA certification.
  • Experience writing automation tests in Playwright.
