We are looking for an outstanding and passionate Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the compass that guides our product decisions, translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations. You are someone who sees the story behind the numbers. You know how to "connect the dots" across different business angles and interact confidently with stakeholders in various roles. At Rise, data isn't just a buzzword; it’s the driver of our roadmap. We are looking for a professional who is excited to make data-oriented decisions and help us take our products to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy with Data: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends and insights that directly influence the product roadmap and business strategy.
- Define Success: Design, define, and monitor KPIs to measure feature success and product health.
- Communicate Impact: Deliver effective presentations of findings to multiple levels of stakeholders, turning quantitative information into compelling visual stories.
- End-to-End Ownership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, BizDev) to lead full-cycle analysis – from data gathering and cleansing to scalable deliverables.
- Optimization: Plan and analyze A/B tests to provide actionable recommendations for product improvement.
- Data Integrity: Take charge of data structure refining, validation, and QA to ensure we are always looking at the 'truth'.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Data / Business / Product Analyst.
- Vast experience with SQL (Complex queries, Window functions) – A must.
- Proven ability to solve business problems and provide clear, analytically supported solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both commercial and technical). You know how to present complex data simply.
- A true team player with a "can-do" approach, intellectual curiosity, and self-learning abilities.
