THE WORK:
RippleX is dedicated to empowering the builders of tomorrow on XRPL, one of the world’s fastest and most reliable public blockchains. We are seeking an ambitious engineering manager to lead our developer growth engineering team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage and mentor a team of full stack software developers
- Provide the hands on technical leadership
- Develop and deliver the product roadmap in alignment with business and organizational goals.
- Encourage and drive engineering best practices, and iterative agile processes.
- Collaborate with other teams within Ripple and the open source XRPL community.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
- Overall 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of full stack software development experience using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, SQL, Python, Go.
- 2+ years as a people manager managing a team of 5 or more developers.
- Solid leadership, cross functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Preferred: Web3 development experience
