Software Engineer (Gameplay)

 

职责：

  • 与策划团队合作，沟通理解产品需求，提出并实施最佳解决方案
  • 理解策划、美术团队的需求，帮助其实现相关的工具，并实现相关的工作流程
  • 根据QA、策划的反馈意见，高效的的debug，迭代相关的Gameplay功能

必备条件：

  • 在游戏行业中有4年以上作为软件工程师的开发经验
  • 精通C++或C#
  • 参与过至少一个已发布的游戏项目
  • 对常见的游戏和软件设计模式有深入理解
  • 出色的调试技能
  • 在技术决策中具备产品意识、务实态度和玩家同理心

  • 具有使用商业引擎（如Unreal或Unity）的经验
