Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Interact with projects sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
- Create, maintain, and disseminate program/project information to stakeholders
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the operational and tactical levels
- Knowledge Management:
- Maintain and enhance the Confluence knowledge base, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information on processes, tools, and services.
- Monitor and proactively address gaps in existing documentation, processes, and resources.
- Regularly audit and optimize the Confluence space to ensure ease of use and information accessibility.
- Process Creation & Updates:
- Collaborate with the PS team to create and refine internal processes that support Professional Services and improve operational efficiency.
- Outline and document key workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a communication bridge between the PS team and cross-functional teams, ensuring relevant updates and changes are disseminated effectively.
- Draft and distribute process updates and other internal communications to keep the PS team informed of changes and best practices.
- Gap Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Analyze current workflows and tools to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize knowledge sharing and process adherence.
- Work closely with PS leadership and other stakeholders to assess needs and address inefficiencies in process documentation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Minimum of 2 years of project management in a large-scale environment preferably for professional services organization
- Solid understanding of the RingCentral product and familiarity with the Professional Services team’s functions and roles.
- Strong proficiency in Confluence or similar content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in process creation, documentation, and knowledge management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Experience and discipline to incorporate Quality Assurance practices in all deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Prior experience in Professional Services or similar client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Experience facilitating knowledge transfer and conducting team training sessions.
